(Actually, I think I might have even checked out that book more often than the children. xP)
We only have a couple of spotted hyenas in the whole of the UK and they are in a zoo on the other side of the county, through London so they are hard to get to
but wolves are everywhere, they must be even euthanazed . There are too much of them. Maybe it's worthless to hold so unpopular animal such as hyenas. Also it is like some punishment for them, when I see when people bitchng on the caged animal. Not just hyenas, also painted dogs, vultures, wolverines etc. But most popular are lions, chimpanzees. Chimps are nasty animals , lions so overated. So rather to rid of the unpopular animals. Stupid money.

Germany seems to have quite a few hyenas and so does America.
